Are you a small group leader for an adoptive parents group, community group, or faith-based group interested in facilitating more meaningful discussions surrounding adoption?
Are you craving "Community That Gets It" and interested in starting an adoption group in your own community, but unsure where to start?
Connect & Belong: A Foundation for Adoption Community was developed with you in mind!
Written by co-founder of ASA and adoption competant therapist, Erin Nasmyth, LCSW, this curriculum explores four foundational topics to adoption community: grief and loss in adoption, openness in adoption, talking about adoption, and parenting in adoption. Each session begins with a 20 minute video led by Erin Nasmyth and introducing the topic for discussion. Discussion guides are included for facilitators to use to help stimulate thoughtful and productive conversations between group members - allowing you to build community while learning together.
